Scholarship

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50

• High school senior

• Reside in and attend high school in Lake County, Illinois

• Enrolled in or accepted to an accredited junior college, trade school, or university (verification ofacceptance must be provided).

 

Submission Requirements:

• Completed application, including Student Response due by March 8, 2026. **

• Two Reference Forms (These reference forms must be placed in sealed envelopes and mailed to the address below OR emailed directly from the references.)

  • One Community or Personal Reference (signed, with contact phone number; click here to access template)

    • This Community or Personal Reference can be from a Lake County organization, employer or personal reference (no relatives). 

  • One Academic Reference (signed, with contact phone number; click here to access template)

    • The Academic Reference may be from a high school teacher, counselor, academic mentor or administrator. 

• Verification of acceptance to an accredited junior or community college, trade school or university (example: college acceptance letter)

• Certified Copy of High School Academic Transcript 

• Incomplete Applications will not be considered.​​​​
