2025 Scholarship

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50
High school senior
Reside in and attend high school in Lake County, Illinois
Enrolled in or accepted to an accredited junior college, trade school, or university (verification of
acceptance must be provided).

 

Submission Requirements:
Two recommendations (one community or personal reference and one high school teacher,
counselor, academic mentor, or administrator)

Forms must be placed in sealed envelopes and mailed to the address below or emailed
directly from the references (the recommendation form is located in the link below and
can be completed for the community and academic recommendation)

Completed application, including student response, must be submitted and postmarked by
March 9, 2025.

Incomplete applications will not be considered.​​​​
